How were they? <br /><br />I made a couple of things this week from Plenty by Yotam Ottolenghi: (1) Black Pepper Tofu earlier in the week (amazing, made a few tweaks based on what I had on hand and to keep it spicy but not burn my kids' mouths spicy) and (2) sweet potato wedges with a creme fraiche dipping sauce today that was superb!
